Could anyone decode this for me?

70m x 10mm CE0120 UIAA 1 EN892 OCUN

I know the size but any idea on Mfg, model, etc?

i'd say it would be an Ocun rope... go look at their website to figure out the other info... the UIAA and CE i believe are the safety specs

Ocun is the brand.
CE/UIAA are testing standard ID's, very stringent. Can't put them there unless they successfully pass a number of tests.
EN...I think this is another testing standard(?)
1 = certified as a single rope.
No idea as to the model.
Length and diameter are obvious.

EN892 is the standard in Europe which defines categories of rope, including single ropes, twin ropes and double ropes. It is the same as the UIAA standard. EN stands for European Norm. They are tested based on the type of rope (i.e. single uses a 80kg mass, 5 falls, 1200 daN maximum shock). Compare this to EN191 which is standard for static ropes.
