How does one get that little user lable under the user name?
Mine says "boulderer" now and I was curious how that changed?

It changes with the more posts you make to the forums.
Caveat: Don't post pointless stuff simply to increase your post count.
That's a sure way to get a bad reputation.

But why is it even there in the first place? The names seem to ascend, i.e., the more you post, the "better" you become, which seems awfully shallow for such hallowed ground as rc.com.
