hey ladies,

any suggestions on sunglasses for outdoor use that are good for narrow faces? I'd like something fairly durable with polarized lenses but I'm having a hard time finding a pair that has a smaller fit.

Hey:

Try Native sunglasses. There is one model in particular with interchangable lenses that works well. Sport Challet carries them and they have a website. Much better than oakley/sliders and many others in terms of width. A bit less expensive as well, but still quality IMO.

I've got a narrow face too & I usually find kids' sizes work best. Good luck!

Smith Voodoos or toasters. I've had the Voodoos for two years, only complaint is one of the nosepads has come off 2x. Sent them in the first time and Smith fixed it. The second time I haven't bothered.

Smith Toaster's are the way to go. Found a pair at the NorthFace outlet for 10dollars. Had to try them for that price and they have been awesome.

I have the Rudy Project Ekynox SX- it's designed for narrower faces. Kinda pricey tho- I got mine for bike racing. But I love the lens options (there are like 20 options available) and color choices. Adjustable temples and nosepieces.

I also have Oakley Valves and the Briko Sprinter 3- both fit my narrow face well too...

You will pay a little more for these guys, but it is well worth it. Maui Jims. This company has some of the best lenses I've seen, a huge variety of styles and sizes, and look pretty good too!

Best of luck!
