Help, I have this tent, and am looking for info on it. Anyone know the name and specs on it? It is a single wall tent. Fly is attached.

Thanks!

I'm not sure of the name, but I can guarantee it is NOT THE SWALLOW! Sorry punk, but that is false. The Swallow is a double wall tent, not a single.

I am not very good at id-ing tents but if it is indeed single wall, then it would not have a fly, right??
Marmots site should be able to help out as well.

I think this is the Den or even the "Monarch" which build with the swallow doors design hence the confusion but at least I am not blind to see what in front of me :P :P

BTW, “home alone”, “Area 51” and “Alpinist” are/were the only Single wall tents Marmot made The “Up high” had the fly attached and no vestibule 8^)

Dude, I have been around for a long time, and know the difference between a single wall tent, and a double. It has the same fabric as more recent models such as the Up High.

It was purchased from a Marmot rep that had it for a few years. I think it is at least 5 years old, and I have done searches, and have not come up with anything. I will try to post another picture of it.

Could it be a prototype that never made it to production? …if so Ask the company...no one here will be able to help you unless they are working for Marmot
BTW, I think that they resurrected their tent line around 1998 after a long time of not doing them

I did try Marmot, and the two different people in customer service were unable to help, hence my request here. I even emailed them pictures. Should be easy. I need someone that has an archive of old catalogs!
