It's always been a dream of mine, but a career and a family prevented it from happening, but now that they are all in/out of college and I near retirement I've been looking at condos online and by Jesus I think it's actually going to happen!! (Well in the near future anyway!!!) :D :D Estes Park, the gateway to RMNP, here I come!!

Thanks mothersheep, they will soon be outside mine as well!! In the mean time I'll have to settle for training in the White's of New Hampshire in winter for another trip to Nepal next year!!

Fire, I "officially" can't retire for another 12 years, but with this 50 years old and 30 years service all they have to do is elliminate my job and I'm outta here!! And belive me when I say I'm giving them every reason I can for them to do just that!!!!

JOE!? Uh oh! How many agents are you working with? That's ok. If I win your business or not, let's go climbing! I am in Estes almost every free weekend that I have climbing and fly fishing. I am an aspiring ice climber, but lack of partners has held me back.

Good for you! Way to keep after your dreams and go for them!

I've wanted to move to CO for awhile but lack of funds & lack of job has held me here. One day I too hope to be out there with ya'll. ;)

Why would you want to move here. The people are rude. The climbing sucks. The weather is horrible. OK, maybe it's not so bad.

Happy to have ya.

Cooper,

I can offer a great service. I just need some information:

Price range, house or condo or either, # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, areas i.e. boulder, broomfield, louisville, estes (I can send you listings from anywhere). You can be pretty specific.

If you give me your email address I will start sending you listings with no obligation. You can also give me your phone number and address, but that is optional. Once I have you in my system, I will give you a username and password so you can change your search preferences whenever you want. Let me know if you have any questions.

I just sent you a PM.

Airline tickets have been purchased. Will be in Denver Thursday Oct 14th!!! Unfortunately won't have time to climb anything for I am booked most of Friday and have to leave Saturday afternoon on the 16th, although I might have some time Saturday morning.

Bret if you have a condo or two for show Thursday afternoon let me know, also if there is anything to climb that's close to the airport Saturday AM I might be able to fit it in.

I hate to wish my life away but, Jesus I can't wait to get there!!!!
