Planning on doing the shield and was wondering wether there are fixed wrap lines down from Mammoth Terrace (Free Blast into the Shield), or if I need to plan on fixing 5 ropes to wrap off from Mammoth to the ground (for a rest day?

If none you'll need 6, not 5.

Usually there from Heart to ground. Mammoth to Heart is 50/50.
