Hola, Estoy un estudiente de intercambio de Canada, Y extraño los montanas mucho :( Hay esculando cercano la ciudad de Merida? Cancun? Calquire parte en el Yucatan?

no, I lived in Cancun years ago and there was no climbing to be found, Monterrey is going to be your best bet. The only spot that you could boulder on is the cliffs at Tulum.

Oh yes, I remember doing some climbing in the cenotes, when you fall it is into the deep cool water. The rock is limestone and is normally overhanging, go to DOS OJOS cenote and take a look it is only about 15 feet tall.

Well, I was all stoked for a trip to Tulum this weekend, but am now not allowed to go because it is "too far". Damn it all! And sorry for the bad spanish in my original post, but atleast I can see what I did wrong, that means im gettin better! :)
