Does anyone know exactly who owns the land... someone said that it might be a railroad... does anyone know which one? My idea: tell the company that I work for a non-profit (for poor urban kids...? ) and that I want permission only for just the non-profit to climb there... or I could just draft an agreement that I could present to anyone questioning my climbing there... no... that would be fraud and I don't want to get disbarred.... I guess I just have to stick to night climbing it with glow sticks...

As I recall it does belong to a railroad, last I heard they were planning on chopping all the bolts. This was quite a few years ago so who knows maybe management has changed and something might be able to get worked out so that it can be reopened. Good Luck!

is there a reason that you created another topic on this???? http://www.rockclimbing.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=72408 if you really want to lookup who owns it, call up the police, they should be able to point you in the right direction. BUT, the land to access the cliffs is also private property. Bolts were cut a couple of years ago. Have fun running in circles.
