If everything goes according to plan, I'll be spending several weeks climbing in Ceuse next summer and I want to train for it. From what I've gleaned so far, the routes are usually long and endurancy which is cool. What I'm interested in is the style of clinbing on many of the routes. Two-finger pockets with poor feet? Three finger or larger pockets? Overhanging jug hauls? Tufa pinching? I'm sure there are all of these things there but is one style more prevelant than others? I'm mostly interested in the classic 7b-7c+ routes. Thanks!

You will find both overhanging jugs hauls and crimpy technical routes at Ceuse. The Cascade Wall, which is shady in the morning, offers manys steep jug hauls that you will find easy if you have good endurance. Berlin or Demi Lune walls, which have afternoon and evening shade, are very technical wtih small edges and pockets. Train for both as you will likley be on both types throughout the day.

It has been a long time since I was there, but I remember small pockets and overhanging jugs where endurance was key
