Does anyone know any good areas to climb and boulder that aren't too far from Brampton? I work in Brampton and was hoping to find someplace to climb when I'm having a slow day at the office. [ This Message was edited by: downshift on 2001-08-30 20:04 ]

I don't really think there's that much around there for climbing, I'm not that familiar with the area though. Let me ask around. I'm guessing the 30-40 minute drive to the Milton crags is a little out of range eh? [ This Message was edited by: fiend on 2001-08-30 20:44 ]

It's pretty flat up there, although the Niagara Escarpment brow does travel just north of Georgetown. You could scope out that stretch from the highways. Milton Might be your best bet. Or are you looking for indoor?

Yeah, Milton is a bit out the way for a lunch break (mind you I do stop there after work). But, maybe I will try towards Georgetown or maybe even Calidon towards Orangeville. Indoor would be ok as well, but I know there is nothing in Brampton (unless something opened with out me noticing) or the North end of Mississauga. I could always do that but leaving early always seems to get pushed off by something more important. As for buildering, that could have potential. [ This Message was edited by: downshift on 2001-09-03 07:38 ]
