I haven't been to Cutler Res. but I just got off of the ice in Logan Canyon. It has been much colder up here in Logan than in the rest of the state. We're lucky enough to still have climbable ice. Joe's Vally is also still in great shape. If you decide to come climb in the Logan area let me know, I'm always trying to get out.
