I started climbing in July 2002. I did my training through Vertical Adventures at Suicide Rock in Idyllwild Ca. Since then I met another newbie in September 2002 and we have been climbing together ever since learning trad. We pretty much started leading right away, taking it slow beginning on 5.4s. We have lead up to 5.8. I am currently recovering from a broken foot that I suffered in a lead fall. I will be back soon. Nobody better steal my climbing buddy or else!!!!
I take numeroeus trips to the desert and stargaze with my telescope, and I thought rock climbing would be the perfect thing to do during the day. I am a construction mechanic by trade and I am single. I gave up golf to become a climber. I must be going throught my second childhood or something!
