When I hiked up Half Dome in August 2002 and saw some climbers on the wall from the top, I had no clue what rock climbing was about and did not appreciate the excitement and difficulty of climbing that steep wall. Now climbing the Regular Northeast Face of Half Dome has become one of my dreams. Hopefully, someday, I'll get there.
