I've been climbing intermittently for about 9 years, very intermittently. I've been deployed with the ARMY a number of times. Also, reliable partners are hard to find. I'm looking for fun, easy, laid back people for conversation and outdoor events, especially climbing. I'm also into Kayaking, Spelunking, Backpacking, Mountain biking, and just about any other outdoor sport in good weather. I'm a 38 year old divorced guy with a love for nature and the great outdoors. I'm also a veteran of 13.5 years of service. I've grown tired of trying to prod couch potatoes to do things with me and I figured I'd try this. The majority of my climbing experience is at Logtown in Lisbon. Some of the first info here for Logtown was recorded by me a few years ago. A lot has changed since then.The group of regulars there make visitors feel at home, and I'd personally like to thank them for that, and suggest that anyone within driving distance check it out. I've only done Top Roping, with one exception, but have a little gear for Sport and Trad. At the moment I top out at about 5.8, (Hadn't been out in about 2 years.) but with regular climbing, I'm sure I'll improve.
