I am a librarian at the public library in Dayton.
While did some top roping back in the 70s, it was a trip to the New River Gorge in 1999 got me really hooked.
I get out on real rock only about six trips per year, mainly at the Red which is about 2:45 away from Dayton.
Fortunately I live only three blocks from the best indoor gym in Oho, the Urban Krag. You'll see me there most Mondays and Wednesdays and occassionally on Fridays.
Got started into Trad a couple of years ago, so I am definately still in my "storm years"
