I bought two because they were inexpensive/on sale at a shop that was going out of business a few years ago. They are tough to adjust but fit a variety of head shapes and hold a lamp/torch. Fitting a hat or scull cap for cold weather is limited by the size of your head (mine is a little big and can be uncomfortable.) Overall a good value for an entry level brain bucket.
