a normal helmet, nothing special. The foam inside has a strange profile which made the helmet painfull on top of your head. Try hitting it while you wear it and you'll know what I mean.

The best fit I've ever had with a helmet and they really look good. Doesn't move a bit while climbing. Just perfect!

doesn't feel nice, sharp edges which are painfull on the diggits and no slopers or slopy holds so you're only training how to hook your fingers behind a sharp edge instead of how to hold on to small crimps with massive fingerpower.
