Thermarest is the deal, if you're looking for a comfortable, lightweight pad. Unless you really need an ultralight pad, buy one of their thicker pads.

They are quite comfortable, as long as you don't over inflate them.

This is a great tent for the money. Easy to setup. Holds up well. and CHEAP!!! If you're looking for a basic tent that doesn't need to withstand blizzard conditions, you can't go wrong with Eureka.

This is a good product for the moderate climber, to build forearm endurance. If you don't climb on a regular basis, doing reps with this little ring will strengthen your forearms and help you avoid the dreaded flash pump.

Again, this is for the moderate climber. If you're climbing 5.11 or harder, don't waste your time.

One final note: Over use may cause tendonitis.
