#0.5 to #3 BD C4's are the only way to go. Don't waste your money on anything else in this range.

best belay device 5 out of 5 stars

This is the best belay device on the market, hands down.

Note that it can be a bit difficult to belay a second in autolock mode with a fat rope but the same is true for all belay devices.

dangerous 1 out of 5 stars

This is the best feeling rope I've used. However, I also think it's dangerous. I have seen 4 of these easily open to the core on brand new ropes. It's my opinion that the nice weave that gives it that silky feeling is also cause for an unzippering effect of the sheath. The first time it happened I thought it was a freak accident. But when I saw three more, I started to question the design.

Freenut Nut Tool with Palm Prote Average Rating = 2.80/5 Average Rating : 2.80/5

terrible 1 out of 5 stars

This nut tool is terrible. The curved shaft makes it virtually impossible to deliver a good straight jab. The built-in binner and padding is nice but useless if the tool can't do the job. If this had a straight shaft it would be gold.
