These shoes are lovely. I find myself trusting my feet more which has improved my footwork a lot. They fit wonderfully and the non-leather upper is a big plus. There's plenty of rubber on the toe and the heel is great for hooking.

The 16 oz size is great. It's big enough to hold a decent amount of fluid, but small enough to be practical. I personally have no trouble fitting ice cubes through the mouth, which is very comfortable to drink from. Cleaning is harder than with a wide mouth, but if you don't gunk it up all you need to do is shake it with soapy water inside.

I threw it off the back of a moving truck, and the only damage was to the lid. It tends to get smelly, but is pretty easy to clean. It's too big for climbing with, in my opinion, mostly because it's quite heavy when full and seems to swing around dangerously. I've been hit with one and it gave me a fat lip. It's a great bottle for toting, but I'd definitely clip a smaller one to my gear loops.
