What can you say? It's a classic - When used correctly it's amazing. I wish it were cheaper and lighter.

I love my shoes - they are great on everything. I agree with everyone else though... the price you pay for sticky rubber is a shorter lifetime.

Similar to the ball lock, except the locking mechanism doesn't automatically lock. You manually rotate the sheath into the locked position, or press the green ball and rotate to unlock it. The sheath will spin in either direction. Especially useful for setting up anchors.
