Cinch Belay Device popular Average Rating : 4.24/5
In: Gear: Essential Equipment: Belay Devices & DescendersNo complaints at all

The cinch makes it easy to feed rope to a lead climber while at the same time giving that extra security that it will lock off in case of a sudden fall. I figured out the lowering pretty quickly, but my wife does still struggle with it. Most of the time she lowers me agonizingly slowly - I prefer that to dropping though.
Pirana Descender Average Rating : 4.75/5
In: Gear: Essential Equipment: Belay Devices & DescendersGreat for long raps

When the rappel is too long to double up and you have to do a single line rappel, the pirana is amazing for adding as much friction as you want to better control your descent.
Iris Speed Adjust Harness - Womens Average Rating : 4.00/5

I got this harness for my wife. She likes it well enough. The padding is adequate and it's pretty durable, but the design causes the straps in front to ride up and cause constant wedgies. My wife always wears spandex shorts now when we climb to avoid the discomfort.

I love these shoes. I have a slightly wider foot and they seem to be made for me. The heel almost feels like it suctions to your foot. I like that the synthetic leather doesn't stretch, the fit you feel in the store is what you will always have.
Great toe power and awesome edging. I highly recommend you try these on.

Most comfortable harness Ive ever worn. Doesn't pinch or chafe. No signs of wear after a full year of use in gyms, on sport routes, and canyoneering in Zions
