i found the free moving holds are better on your body than the hang boards. the rings are a great workout when combine with a hangboard.

i found the board was a challenge. on bigger boards i found myself using only the holds that were...well easy. this board forced me to use smaller holds that i had a harder time on. i followed the 10min exercise that metolius provides and in weeks notice a difference in my climbing [stamina and strength]. the board is good but i agree with mack $15 more and you can get a better variety of holds.

holds alot of chalk. both hands fit in. what more can you ask for? i would try other before i bought it again.

keeps hands really dry. would have gotten a five if it wasnt for having so chunks.
