I have been climbing in these shoes for 3 months. I previously climbed in La Sportiva Mythos shoes, and wanted to get something more technical, but not too painful. The Visions fit the bill. I have used them in the gym, on limestone, sandstone and granite routes. The shoes are very good on small edges, with little tendency to roll. They are comfortable enough that smearing and friction edging are also no problem. Heel and toe hooks are also quite comfortable.
My only complaint is with the heel fit. I wear a 42 (US woman size 10) and bought a 40.5 in these shoes. They were initially slightly too tight and have since broken in to fit quite well across the toe box. However I find that the heel fit for my right foot is slightly too large, resulting in the shoe moving down my heel when the foot/shoe extends. Rather irritating. As the lacing system does not extend to around the heel (the La Sportiva lacing system does), I have not been able to find a solution to this problem. I have spoken to male climbers with the shoe, and they seem to have no problems with the heel fit... Thus, female climbers-- try to buy a pair that fits precisely in the heel! Other than this problem, very good shoes.

I bought this harness last July. After just under one year of use, climbing several times a week, there are already several seams that have frayed stitching. This includes frayed stitching on the loop used for tying in. I would have expected a better quality, longer lasting product from a name brand such as Petzl. This is in comparison to my old Arcteryx harness that I used for 6 years and retired only because I read that nylon only has a certain half life, irregardless of how it looks (the harness still looked ok, stitching fully intact). Otherwise, the harness fits quite decently and the gear loops are well placed. However it isn't as comfortable as the Arcteryx. Next time I buy a new harness, I don't think it will be a Petzl.
