I rarely use chalk, but when i do- this works better than other stuff i've used. it really grabs the surface.

I highly advise that you dont slouch while lowering a climbing partner!! I've many a time seen people struggle as their shirts were caught between the rope and belay device, usually resulting in a ripped shirt or, in the case where hair is involved, a sore scalp. Otherwise, they are simple works of art that know no expenses.
