I climbed in this harness for about 6 months before I gave it up for a Petzl Luna. It is very light weight, but the padding is so sparse that I actually got bruises on my inner thighs after hanging in it. It was so uncomfortable to hang in that I couldn't work the projects I wanted to without getting bruises.
The gear loops are nice, really easy to get to all your gear, and the harness is lightweight and compact, so easy to tote around. Another issue I had with it is the non-adjustable leg loops. I think that may have contributed to my bruises. The leg loops are sized to accommodate pretty large legs, so if your thighs are slim compared to your waist, you might have issues with this harness.

I just burned through my first pair of Katanas. I wore the shoe in the gym most of the time, but took it outside on quite a few trips. I wear a size 8.5 or 9 street shoe, usually size 40 euro and I got the Katanas in a 38.5. They were really tight when I first got them and I couldn't keep them on for more than a few minutes, but I'm glad I didn't get them any bigger. They aren't supposed to stretch much because they are lined, but mine did, or at least molded to my foot.
These shoes edge really well, and the rubber is sticky enough. Mine are to the point now were the edging sucks because I've worn the shoe down so much. If your footwork is not quiet, you will burn through the rubber pretty quickly, especially in the gym. I find that to be the case with La Sportiva shoes, even though the fit is awesome. I am stretching out a new pair of 5.10 Primas at my desk now for the gym and plan to get my Katanas resoled to use for hard gym routes and outside only.
