Good all-arond biner. Tougher at times to loosen spinner. Comes in hany as a keychain or other small "MacGyver" style projects. Would not suggest using it for last mentioned project.

Great product. Even if u can't tie your shoes you can secure yourself in this harness safely. The leg adjustments are a God-send. They would slip after a fall or by tugging on them, unlike some other harnesses. All around comfort, all-around safety, you can't go wrong with this one.

My first pair of shoes. I have long skinny feet w/long toes. So finding shoes that are tight and comfortable is a pain in the you know what. Breaking them in was easy also. Climed with them 2 hours after I got them and my feet felt great. Even fell asleep with them on and still felt good. lol
