I must say, I am deeply impressed by this spring plate. It works really good for everything I use it for. Plus, it makes some people stop and look because not very many people use them. Overall, it's a great tool. ~Stoney

A good all-around harness. Nice for alpine climbing with the adjustable leg loops. I will say one bad thing, it is pure hell in hanging belays. But for you average sport/alpine climbing it works great. NOT for trad or aid.

A GREAT all-around device, smooth raps, clean catches. Easy to lock off with a knot or two. One of the greatest climbing tools ever created.

I must say, I liked the fit, and the performance was great for a few months. However, the glue doesn't hold up too well, and the velcro doesn't stick worth a crap, so they only lasted me about 3-4 months of weekend climbing. I'd say they're a great beginners shoe though. I reccommend them for first-time buyers because the fit is very comfortable and the rubber seems to withstand quite a bit of bad footwork.
