Im not sure why this is listed sometimes as a 5.10b but it was rated 5.10a by myself and others and is listed that way in the 3rd addition Vertical Heartland guidebook. Maybe some think it is harder, oh well no biggie, just wanted to get it right.

He might have got a pink-point but not an onsight, with the clips in place. On-sight, to climb with no prior knowledge of the route, whether it be visual pre-inspection or verbal description. Pink-point, a successful, no-falls lead ascent of a route that has pre-placed protection rigged with carabiners.
