Hmmm, this looks like the climb to the "left" of Blackened - which is State of Panic (11c). Twisted Sister (12c) goes up the under that roof.

gez - this is Wind Chill, 10a. And it is to the right of of Blackened and Bats in the Belfry - my bad.
