After being humbled...

I was having a successful and exhilerating time my first day climbing outside... I was cruisin' and was convinced that I could do anything that I tried (I had only climbed 5.7-5.8's up to that point).... so my pals put me on this slight overhang climb called "Jug Me Tender" (5.10a). It starts on top of a boulder (the one we are sitting on) and you have to step across about 3-4 feet to the climb. I swung out of that climb 4 times before I gave up and decided that NEXT trip to the Throne I would conquer it! Chris (briarpatch) is belaying Eric (e_hyde) while I set my mind to conquering it. The climb starts on the white wall on the left side of the picture.
