The severed QD that led to my decking

I fell at the second bolt on Carbo Boy and was out to the right of the of the first bolt. As I fell, the draw went from a horizontal orientation to vertical and scraped along a sharp edge all the way. I was shocked as I decked and even moreso when I realized what had happened.
