Hole-in-the-Rock, Gibraltar Rock of Santa Barbara

Climbers in helmets climbing the short TR's on the upper faceted formation on the left, with a dark spot to the left of the arete that is the distinctive hole in the rock. Easy scamper up to the top of the first terrace at the base of the short TR routes. Located across the road from the top of The Nose and T-Crack at lower right. Beautiful views at the top of either. Taken from further and uphill along the road at the pullout at the trailhead that leads down to Lower Gibraltar. 7 May 2006
