These routes are pretty fun. I just met Joe in there today (3-17-02).

You can tell from this shot, the ropes are fairly close together, and the place was just starting to get busy. Just before we left, there were about 6 more young kids com

This gym has a lot of glass floor-to-celing windows (being an old airport terminal). So there is a lot of good natural sunlight to see with. This is a great plus in my eyes.

Here is my wife (russmanswife) playing around in the bouldering room in Cliffhangers Gym. You can also see one of the gym-workers setting a new route in the background.

This is a shot of one of the owners setting a new route on the 3-step overhang in the gym. Fun and some reachy moves. Find the really big holds:)

You can see that in one corner, they have made a makesift ice climb. Lots of chains and washers with cord. Plenty of little foot holds along with some esy to grab loops too.

This is an overview of the wall on the opposite side of the 3-step overhangs.

This is a totally vertical wall with all color coordinated routes. Uses all holds of all teh same color and mostly same texture to mark the routes.

Here you can see a young climber, using the little chimney as well as the 3-step to make her way up.

Just over the Bouldering area, there is a TR set up to let you climb up about 10 feet and then you can stand on a little part of the roof of the bouldering area and jump off and swing across a face.

Here is another little place that is set up for a little pendulum. Not a great swing, but this girl was playing here for about 10 min. Her belayer was proabaly getting tired of jsut watching her kick back and forth.
