The Birth of a Waterfall

Average Rating = 5.00/5 The Birth of a Waterfall

This is a pretty mind blowing waterfall. There is soo much water coming out of it, that from a hundred meters away you feel like your in a rain storm. The truth of it is, the waterfall has just been exposed from the glacier in the last year. It's amazing what can be created by glaciers besides icebergs and ice climbers!

The Knife Edge

Average Rating = 3.20/5 The Knife Edge

Here is Brian on New Years Eve preparing for the sketchy descent of a serac onto yet another knife edge. Pretty sweet exposer on either side.

Brian Strugling to Stay Atop While Cooking

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Brian Strugling to Stay Atop While Cooking

Here is Brian yet again in another sketchy spot on Christmas eve. We decided to eat lunch atop a serac with a little notch in the top. There was no other flat spots around. You can't really tell but it drops down around 80 feet on both sides.

Brian Pulling Hard on the Mendenhall

Average Rating = 3.40/5 Brian Pulling Hard on the Mendenhall

This is a sweet shot of brian doing some bouldering on the medial morain of Mendenhall Glacier. In the background are some monstrositorious seracs, some probably 150 feet high and behind the seracs is Mt. Wrather, rather large mountain. There was some insanely good bouldering out there which was quite suprising, seeing how it is a glacier. Big big boulders!
