Phallic formation. After this winter visit, no signs and no one around, I found out climbing is not legal in this part of the park. Please do not get arrested or antagonize park staff.

No one was in the park and there were no signs saying it was illegal to climb, so ... !!!! Email from more knowledgeable locals = it is illegal. My apologies. Please do not get arrested or antagonize park staff.!!!!
