After using trad gear to summit the top around the right corner

Nearing the upside-down finger pinch that makes this climb difficult. It's a quick move and only takes a second to execute.. The top of the climb is pumpy and easy! Enjoy

Fun climbing.. I do not know the names of the areas of rock here and wish we had an areal view of the rock.. Perhaps we could scan the map that the parks service provides to name the areas of rock?

Balance on the one foothold and stand up. Not many handholds in this area of the climb, just balance.

This was taken in October, this is Erik working the traverse on the trangle boulder. A great little traverse.

This is me on six crack. This is in the crux, you have to make two power moves, without your feet blowing and then follow it up with a long power throw to a roof crimp. Stick this and then figure a way to reach the finish without falling off. Awesome roof problem.

This is levi working Earth Worm Jim. Over hung face to water grove, you gain the groove at about 12ft. About a 20ft highball. This was taken just before the first accent. Nothhing like cleaning holds as you climb.

don't think from these pictures that there is a lot of bouldering at hocking hills, because there definitely isn't. i can't wait to move back east!!! erin took this picture with my manual camera :)

this was taken at hocking hills on one of the few boulders we found. many areas are too "holey" to climb because everything breaks off. good place to top rope though! this pic was taken by erin in april. we'd like to thank james for lending us his brand new crash pad. we named HER james. :)
