OK, it's not the going *up* that's freaky, but trying to walk forward when you're bridging...that feels kinda weird....Either way, I was happy to rope up on (and finish!!) my first 10d!! :-)

I did not finish this route that day. December 1998, thats me (attempting) a route a good few grades above what i could really do at the time (hense the toprope). Almost vertical granite slab, to me it felt as smooth as... well, something smooth :) this is the first picture i have put up
