This was a fun 5.10a route, my first on granite. Granite is a lot different (and better!) than the basalt I'm used to. The location is excellent, with plenty of shade for those hot summer days.

So we spent a Saturday climbing the Watch Tower routes in Ferguson Canyon. This is my buddy Kyle making an attempt on a roof between the routes Reach the Breach and Fortress. Gotta point out what he's climbing isn't a prescribed route.
