This is an awesome pitch but top roping is the only thing aloud here... But it is the closest face for me so when I am looking for a day climb I go and climb at rim rock. Nice hiking is also available here. From the top you have an awesome view of the Kinzu dam. This is almost a big wall it is aprox. 100'

our freeclimbing experience on this particular day started out as a joke and turned into a semi-serious competition between a few locals.

there's nothing really too special about this picture. it's just an unusual rock formation that we bouldered one day. im looking over the edge of what i guess you could call the peak, wich we attempted to climb next.

here's a nice shot form the highest point of the climbing area. its a nice shot of the hills and a valley lake in NW Pennsylvania.

the staircase leads through a wide crack in the rocks and to a well established trail at the base.

THERE IS A GREAT ROUTE DIRECTLY BELOW THE 4TH PILLAR FROM THE TOP OF THE SCREEN INVOLVING AN OVERHANG.

small cave about 30 ft in lenght and opens up on the other side

the rock formation on the right is more of a bouldering problem with a neat traverse around the base, but it's also possible to toprope if you build and anchor up top with some pro. the overhang on the left is also a fun climb.

nothing climbable here, too much moss

just on the other side of the stairs is a fun climb with a gradual overhang that if done right requires a dynamic move. then around the corner is a spectacular overhanging lieback with an optional 90 degree overhang crux at the top.

face climb on the left, chimney in the center. both lead to a difficult overhanging block at the top. oh and don't worry, it's not going anywhere.

railing posts make good anchors, but the park rangers may issue you a ticket if they catch you using them.

2 variations for one anchor point. a very wide crack and difficult sloping face climb.

near the bottom of the staircase on the landing it is possible to set up a few climbs. only problem is you're right in the way of sightseers coming up and down the stairs.

a nice perch, but obnoxiously in the way of others.

nice spot to rappel from.

a challenging face climb, and if you crave exposure move far to the left.

the railing posts are bombproof.
