Richard is getting ready to pull the 5.9 move onto the face and to the belay at the top of pitch 6. It was amazing to see this much rock still towering above us. On this day we got to the top of pitch eight. Our goal was to get a feel for the free climbing down low and to learn what we would need to do to climb this route without a giant hall bag. I am looking forward to returning and commiting to the top.
