Bouldering the roof of By Way of Deception in Dums KitchenJust screwin around at the end of the day. I had just climbed this route, (it was the end of the day so HG lol), and it was my last day, so I figured I'd get a picture of me climbing before I went home. Rated 7a (5.11d ish)

Bouldering in Dums KitchenThird day on Ton Sai. My climbing partner wasn't around, so I figured I'd go exploring, and this area was in the shade, so naturally I favoured it at 2 in the afternoon. So I decided to do a bit of light bouldering, to get used to the rock. don't know the grade, it wasn't an actual bouldering route.

Shallow Water BoulderingAs if shallow water bouldering isn't enough for Chris, the rock is sharp and hot on the boulders behind Dum's Kitchen. At least the water's great

'ReCollection'One way to spend your rest day at Tonsai is to take some photos. I took a few of this guy on 'Reminiscence' 7a+ (5.12a) on Dums Kitchen. In a compact size to suit this site unfortunately, some of the detail of the climbers on the beach is lost

Pahn TaalodA beautiful beach climb! This was well protected and very fun. It took me a while to get used to the 'threads' that are looped through the holes in the limestone and serve as anchors.

Tricky startThe start is the hardest move and I fell off over and over again. The overhang was shoulder height to me and I wound up having to ask blueyedclimber to clip the first bolt for me. Nice soft beach to land on, though!

More fun on Pahn TaalodThis is not the only climb that I did in Railay. It's just the only climb that I could find someone to take pictures of me!

Hello, Palm Tree!I just thought this palm was so cool. I also loved the color of the rock. It reminded me of the way Waimea (sp?) looks in Rumney. Beautiful!!!

Spot the Lion's head yet? This is one of the must-try, classic route at Dum's kitchen section of Tonsai Bay, Krabi, Thailand. Requires good smearing skills while moving up to the Lion's head.

The Lion KingThe lion king is a great climb, I don’t recommend climbing it in the sun though. It had to be about 40 degrees when this picture was taken

Wake and bake anybody??Nothing like sittin' on the beach eating fried noddles and drinking beer, and then stroling down the sand to tackle your project......hmmmm, maybe that's why I never linked it.
