My friends and I had done some hard climbs on their first visit to Sandrock, so I thought it'd be nice to end the day with the Standard Route, an easy-going lead for me and a nice view of the valley at sundown from the Pinnacle for Huong and Larry. Photo by Larry.

This has to be one of the funnest climbs I've done and one of the best places close to Atlanta for climbing. Pin Chimney will give you an awesome view of the valley.

This is a nice little 5.6 route on the Pinnacle block, I think it's called the Standard Route. Many people climb this route so they can set up a top rope for the kinda scary 'Comfortably Numb' on the other side of the block. I like this pic, because it looks like I'm running up the rock rather than climbing it. :)
