Dave, Sarah, and I spent a day in the icebox. Dave is climbing on Bitch's Britches, a new sport line I finished setting this same day.

Looking west at the oposite side of the canyon. It was Scott, Sarah, and Myself enjoying some unclimbed rock in the box.

Here you can get a view of the top half of the north wall. Whipped cream comes up the left side of that wall. The center roof is just asking for a line through it.

Aaron Collins and I struggled up this route, I am just getting past the thin crux on top - a bit balancy and crimpy.

Dave comes out of the darkness of the icebox and into the light as he finishes Triple point (getting the FA), a moderate, fun exit line.

Tim starts out feeling strong but that doesn't last. A great effort on a tiring route.

Tim did a bit of hanging but got to the top of this long and steep route.

Tim is spent but happy to pull through it. He got some motivation from a few wasps along the way.

Tim's starting to get tired here, hoping for a ledge but not getting it for awhile. A good climb in the shade of icebox.

Scott works the crux moves above the final roof. The start is @ 100' below him, the route will be 130' deep. Great holds on ever-steeper rock to a thin finish. Lovely clean rock in this slot. Sonso45 took on nikon digital 091704.

We hiked down canyon to check out the huge spire we saw from above. It looked to be @ 150' tall. The rock looked intimidating. We are looking to thread some cracks together. Sonso45 took on nikon digital 091704.

The Serra Ancha wilderness is a beautiful place to explore. Very Serene.
