Belaying on 2 feet wide, 100 foot drop off on either side! Chossy rock and some manky gear, placed 2 pieces on the entire route, clipped rusty pitons and some newer bolts! Easy climbing on the crumbly rock though, pull down not out!

We had a fine day on the arete; climbing still fun, pro still there, mostly. Scott tossed a softball-sized rock just past this bolt. Sonso45 took on nikon digital 013105.

A view of Kevin making his way up what is truly a razor's edge. It is a bit unnerving at times to see emptiness to the left and right throughout most of the climb. The old fixed hardware is even more unnerving.

The Hand as seen from the hike in. Climb is on opposite side. Impressive from any angle.

Looking down the last pitch at the belay affectionately known as Chicken Ledge. Notice the other rope dangling in space.

The Hand is the obvious stand alone spire on the left. Yes, it leans a bit, but not quite as much as in this photo.

Luke Newby is the guy climbing into the cave, and Stewart Riddle is spotting him and waiting his turn. It was pretty cold and windy this day!

Two climbers, almost at the top (look carefully, you can see them).
