Ok, so it would ahve been nice to have the wall topo before starting up the longest and one of the hardest routes first thing in the morning. This is a difficult onsite- even whne your forearms are properly warmed up. The moves and holds are not immediately obvious. Taken on KB's sweet new 6.4M digital.

Dave smiled his way up this fun moderate on a sunny winter day in isolation canyon. Great rock on this route and fun, easy movement.

She blazed away at this fun climb on a cold day. Started out with 50 degree temps, T-shirt weather in this micro-climate.

Manny playing around Dancing Machine late in the afternoon. We enjoyed a warm day on Finktion despite hiking through snow. It's like a fun little oasis in the winter. quality rock and quality climbs.

A nice day in the winter sun on a fun route. It is sustained and thoughtful climbing on a steep wall. Lot of edges make this easier than it looks from below. He is just below the crux. Sonso45 took on olympus digital 010106.

I finished bolting the line on new year's day. I got on it the next day and was happy to sail up the wall. Joe J. took the photo on olympus digital 010206.

Charlie styled up the overhang on what started out as a cold day. It ended in AZ style comfort. Great job on the FA. Sonso45 took on olympus digital 121105.

She did a great job leading the two pitches it one. A bit of rope drag made it less fun but she pulled it off. Sonso45 took on olympus digital 112605.

A cloudy morning lead to a fine sunny afternoon in AZ. Jason cruised up SW in fine form. Chrissy thought it was harder than 10c as she followed later. Sonso45 took on olympus digital 112605.

We had just finished Shelley's Whiteout when we TRd the route next to us and as she started it came down harder and harder til we could barely see her. She rapped off in a near blizzard, all the while just moving right along. Jon was belaying. Sonso45 took on nikon digital 120204.

The first photo captured a single snowflake. This one was taken a couple minutes later. We had a fine unusual day and I remember her positive vibe the whole time, including the cold wet hike out. Sonso45 took on nikon digital 120204.

Had a fine day celebrating a friend's birthday and climbing. The last bolt on this climb puts you L but others go R, I may have to change the placement. Cool day with a warm sun. Thanks Mike and Brett. Josh took w/nikon digital on 020505.

I had a great wet cold day and cold climbing. It warmed up enough to finish the FA on this snowy day. I am passing the second piece, a small nut and thinking of the overhung leaning dihedral above. Even the ledges felt scary. Had a great time doing it all. It is a solid piece of rock, thanks to Jon. Shelley took on nikon digital 120404.

I took this picture of Manny working his route on rappel. The sun was beginning to drop below the ridgeline after a long day. We hiked out in the dark (quite an adventure).

I had to toss off quite a few rocks. Some scary but it is clean now. The crack is great for nuts and the climbing is a cruise. Top out stays with best rock to the left but it is possible to go right. Great sunny day with friends. Sed took on nikon digital 030704.

This is another nice route on the Winter Wall Area which has sun for just about the whole day. Great area for climbing a bunch of moderate single pitch lines.

This is a picture from our first ascent of "Golden Hair". This route has great face climbing and a jugged roof for kicks.
