Pondering MomentsTaking a break and looking off towards the South Teton on the downclimb of the south ridge. I peaked at 10:30 and was back to the trailhead in a few hours, good thing since the weather turned and storms from Idaho moved in.

The MiddleView of the Middle Teton from the end of the Lupine Meadows trail July 4th, summer of 2006. There was an unusual amount of snow left from winter which made climbing more fun. Crampons and an axe were definately needed, although this route is only a class 3 scramble.
