These guys were flying over our heads most of the time while we were on Fine Jade. They had what sounded like lawnmower engines powering room fans. Pretty annoying. Climber: Unknown Swedish strong man (cruised the crux).

Jeremy took this shot as we approached the Rectory. What you can't see is a party that was already halfway up Fine Jade - now that's an alpine start!

This is a fellow from Salt Lake City that headed up Fine Jade before Misa and I. I forgot to get his e-mail, but maybe he'll see this photo on his own.

this is the view you get when approaching fine jade! The only thing better than the view is the 4 stellar pitches of climbing that await you!

10/17/04. d'antonio ahead of me on the approach to fine jade. once we reached the base of the climb, 60+ mph winds kept us from going up. oh well. goes well with being rained off moses the day before.

This is Fine Jade, a spectacular route on the Rectory. It's one of the best routes I've ever done.......

On the way in to The Rectory. We climbed Fine Jade, hard but very enjoyable.

Hope nobody was up there at the time. Desert storms are intense. Castleton, the Rectory, and the Priest visible.

While on the summit of the castleton, we had the pleasure of watching these two acsend the upper sections of Fine Jade. Climbers: Trevor Hobbs and Mike Schaefer

All you desert rats will be familiar with the face of the Rectory and its signature route...if you go to do Honeymoon Chim on the Priest bring your kneepads!!!
