Another gym pick (Coyote Rock Gym), but I like this area for a good arm workout. I am now able to get across the whole ceiling (about 20 feet).

Me in "the cave" at Coyote Rock Gym. I like this area because it is a good arm workout with muli-layer roofs. The holds are big, but here I'm using an open hand and a two-figure ceiling grip.

Me climbing an old favorite at Coyote Rock Gym (red tape only). I liked this part because I'm stretched across the corner on my tiptoes to just barely reach a pinch grip. I always found the next move challenging from here (red tape up in top of corner).
