Pulling up to the crux

Average Rating = 3.00/5 Pulling up to the crux

Approching the crux of Battle of the Bulge has a significant amount of sloping pockets. Once up you have to negotiate around the bulge of the route holding on to slopers at best. Climber: Ladylayback. Photo taken by Jason K.

View from the top

Average Rating = 4.00/5 View from the top

The view from the top of Beam Rocks is great. This is how you approach the area and scramble down from above. There are many people that hike out just for the view from the top.

Shoots and ladders Route

Average Rating = 3.50/5 Shoots and ladders Route

This route is in the middle of the picture just left of the tall tower. The crux is right in the middle at the overhanging flake, that demands great footing and some burl. There are some edges that can chew up rope if you're not careful. Photo taken by Ladylayback
